The NY court rejects Konowaloff’s (Russian’s art collector Ivan Abramovich Morozov’s great-grandson) arguments of ownership over “The Night Cafe” (picture above).  The US has always being very understanding and eager to restitute artworks to its respective owner (involving the Nazis, or stolen cases), however, I believe in this occurrence Knowaloff has a better shot going after the Russian government than Yale.
